Paulina is a best-selling author, international speaker, business consultant, and strategist. She is the CEO and founder of The Business of WE (Women Entrepreneurs).  She is a contributing author in Today’s Inspired Latina a national movement of Latina Leaders and named 2019 Women of The Year.   A collaborating author in the best-selling book “Journey to the Stage” for Women’s Prosperity Network.

Her professional background is in Finance, Operations, Strategy, Human Resources and Communications.  Collectively these skills provided valuable experience and expertise… In finance, she excelled in creating systems and structures to simplify and streamline operations.  In Human Resources, she thrived in identifying and developing leaders, witnessing first-hand true potential being denied opportunity, based on how they looked on paper. After working in Corporate for over twenty years, she felt that her true potential was elsewhere. Growing other businesses motivated and inspired her to pursue her entrepreneurial path.
